Alberto Morillas

Alberto Morillas is an autodidact Spanish Master perfumer. He has a high artistic sensibility that pushes him to study the Fine Arts in Geneva and then join Firmenich in 1970 after reading an article on perfume. He studied raw materials, holds projects and creates worldwide famous best sellers. In 2003, he received the prestigious Francois Coty best perfumer’s award.

Three words: fluidity, transparency and power. Alberto Morillas proclaims a self perfumery where each creation is an opportunity for questioning and start from scratch.

IRIS PRIMA - Granted exclusive access to English National Ballet dancers Nathan Young and Lauretta Summerscales, as well as rehearsals and hushed glimpses from theatre wings; Alberto Morillas has captured every aspect of this remarkable artistic world in the iconic Penhaligon’s bottle.
